Job Title: Outreach.io Engineer – Salesforce Integration
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Role Type: Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outreach.io Engineer with hands-on expertise in Outreach.io platform configuration, workflow automation, and Salesforce integration. The ideal candidate will optimize sales processes, manage sequences and campaigns, and ensure seamless data synchronization across tools to enhance revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Outreach.io sequences, workflows, and automation rules to optimize sales outreach.
  • Integrate Outreach.io with Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate field mappings, data sync, and governance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams (SDR, AE, CSM) to understand revenue funnel dynamics and recommend platform optimizations.
  • Design and implement API integrations and automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, or SQL to enhance platform efficiency.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows between Outreach.io and Salesforce.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configuration, integrations, and workflow processes.
  • Provide insights and analytics to support sales strategy, reporting, and performance measurement.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Outreach.io, including configuration, sequence management, and automation.
  • Proven experience integrating Outreach.io with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue operations.
  • Proficiency in APIs, data integration tools, and scripting (Python, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise technical and process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales operations or CRM administration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Understanding of data governance and CRM best practices.
