Role Overview – Application Developer (Process Management / BPM)
Location: 1551 S Washington Ave, Piscataway , NJ
- Application Developer with expertise in Process Management / Business Process Management (BPM).
- Specializes in implementing integration components using best practices, methods, and standards such as:
- Services integration
- WebSphere Integration Developer (WID/WWI)
- IDD
- BPEL
- Applies knowledge of:
- Industry-specific capability models
- Process models (BPMN)
- Service models
- Business object models
- Streamlines development and testing of Automated Process projects.
- Possesses a strong understanding of process workflow and orchestration to build applications integrating multiple systems.
- Capable of handling technical aspects of automating re-imagined processes/workflows, including:
- Customization of models and processes
- Solution outline
- Development, testing, and operational phases
Required Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM CP4BA – Business Automation Workflow (BAW) (formerly IBM BPM).
- Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0, including:
- Business Process Diagrams (BPD)
- Routing
- Loops
- Gateways
- Experience building user interfaces using:
- Coaches and Coach Views
- Supporting technologies such as CSS and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with integration services, including:
- REST and SOAP web services
- XML, JSON
- AJAX for external system integration
- Solid understanding of:
- Database concepts
- Data structures
- SQL syntax
- Experience deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, including:
- Red Hat OpenShift
- Kubernetes
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments.
- Experience in BAW performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Compensation: $60.00 per hour
