Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite, local candidates only)

Job Description:
Chipotle is seeking an experienced Kanban Lead / Scrum Master to support the Cloud Performance Team in Columbus, OH. This role requires strong hands-on Kanban program experience in a high-volume environment (Scrum experience alone is not sufficient). The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, particularly in cloud and infrastructure domains, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage delivery using Kanban methodology (not Scrum) for high-throughput, operational teams
  • Facilitate Kanban ceremonies including replenishment, flow reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track and improve flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput, lead time)
  • Partner closely with cloud, network, and infrastructure engineers to remove blockers
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Coach teams on Kanban best practices and flow optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage incoming work effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Kanban program experience in high-volume environments (mandatory)
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in:
    • Cloud platforms
    • Network engineering
    • Infrastructure / hardware systems
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts with engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
