Role Overview:

The Senior Solutions Partner will serve as the strategic technology leader and primary executive‑level advisor for a major Life Sciences customer in Atlanta. This role is accountable for shaping the customer’s digital strategy, architecting enterprise‑scale solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across complex, regulated environments. The ideal candidate brings deep Life Sciences domain expertise, strong leadership presence, and a proven track record guiding large transformation programs across cloud, data, AI, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory & Executive Partnership
  • Act as the senior‑most technology partner for the customer, advising business and IT executives on digital strategy, platform modernization, and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead strategic planning, roadmap development, and prioritization of initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance, governance, and enterprise architecture decisions.
Enterprise Solution Architecture
  • Own the end‑to‑end architecture for cloud, data, analytics, AI, and integration solutions across the Life Sciences value chain.
  • Define architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails to ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance (GxP, CFR Part 11, data privacy).
  • Guide technical teams in designing and implementing complex, multi‑platform solutions (Azure, Databricks, Dynamics, Salesforce, Veeva, LIMS/QMS systems).
Program Leadership & Delivery Oversight
  • Provide senior leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Oversee cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, analysts, and offshore/onshore delivery resources.
  • Drive governance, quality assurance, and executive‑level reporting for all initiatives.
Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Engage senior business stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Quality functions.
  • Influence decision‑making, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Support organizational change management, adoption strategies, and value realization.
Technical Leadership & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies in cloud, AI, data platforms, and Life Sciences digital ecosystems.
  • Introduce innovative approaches to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Mentor architects and delivery teams, elevating technical capability across the engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Life Sciences processes and regulatory frameworks (GxP, CSV, validation, audit readiness).
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale cloud, data, and AI programs (Azure preferred).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex delivery programs with distributed teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Databricks, Azure AI, MLOps, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Background integrating enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, LIMS, QMS, Veeva, Salesforce).
  • Prior consulting experience with top Life Sciences organizations.
  • Relevant certifications (Azure Architect, Databricks, PMP, SAFe, TOGAF).
