Role overview:
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is a key member of the Global eCommerce Technology team, responsible for shaping, delivering, and evolving high-quality D2C solution experiences across global markets. This role focuses on execution, alignment, and delivery management, ensuring that agreed solutions are implemented on time, meet technical and UX standards, are functional and align with global requirements.

Working within the Global Technology organization, the TPM acts as a key point of coordination between business, product owners, engineering teams, designers, QA, and external vendors. This role requires a solid understanding of front-end technologies, UX best practices, and full-stack concepts.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
  • Experience working on eCommerce platforms and Shopify in a global or multi-market context
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies, UX principles, and design best practices
  • Exposure to full-stack delivery including APIs, integrations, and backend systems
  • Experience coordinating work with third-party vendors or system integrators
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify is preferred
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Monday and similar tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, related field, or equivalent experienceIdeal Candidate Profile
  • Delivery-focused and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable coordinating across teams without direct authority
  • Technically curious with a good understanding of end-to-end systems
  • Confident working with external partners
  • Interested in growing within a global eCommerce and technology environment
